Kate Lawton is the Director of Professional Standards and Financial Administration for the National Association of REALTORS®. She serves as staff executive to NAR’s Professional Standards Committee and Interpretations and Procedures Advisory Board, and the Governance Presidential Advisory Group, and provides strategic guidance for committee leadership and members in order to improve professional standards enforcement and ethics within the organization.

Anne Jones is a Realtor, and the Owner/Designated broker at Windermere Abode in Tacoma's Old Town neighborhood. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Anne was raised in Gig Harbor, graduated from the University of Puget Sound and is proud to make her home in the South Sound.

Trish Englund is a passionate local home expert, Licensed Broker and REALTOR® lucky enough to work in the Greater Seattle area where she was born and raised. Jay Thompson is formerly the Director of Industry Outreach for Zillow Group, where he monitored and responded to brand mentions. Jay retired from Zillow Group in July 2018. Prior to joining Zillow in March of 2012, Jay was the Co-owner and Designated Broker of Thompson’s Realty in Phoenix, Arizona. He still holds an active AZ brokers license with eXp Realty.

Shay Hata is an Ivy League grad and residential Realtor in Chicago.  She has been a Realtor for 5 years and averages 75 transactions a year and $30M in volume with two assistants and a buyer's agent. Shay is particularly passionate about education as well as animal rescue and donates a portion of each commission to local animal rescue groups and local schools.  Prior to entering real estate, Shay owned two small businesses which she sold to foreign investors.

Patrick has done a lot of stuff in his 16 years as a Realtor/Associate Broker that you may or may not care about. So here is what you need to know. He will be the 2019 President of the Arizona Realtors®, he is an instructor, speaker, coach, leader and most importantly a husband and father.
