He was a lead engineer for the Obama 2012 campaign and has helped found and build several startups around the Chicago area.

As Managing Director for the National Association of REALTORS® Data Analytics Group, Todd leads the organization’s efforts to build analytics systems that help the association make better business decisions, and serves as Staff Executive to NAR’s Data Strategies Committee.

International sales/motivational speaker who happens to be hilarious in an almost-inappropriate-but-still-family-friendly way. Also one of the top selling real estate agents (aka REALTOR) in the Charlotte NC real estate market. And a RE/MAX broker/owner with one of the largest and most successful firms on the planet. Also in the RPAC Hall of Fame (if you know what that is).

Brian Copeland is the 2017 president of Tennessee REALTORS® and the chief engagement officer for Village Real Estate Services. He also runs the Nashville And Beyond Team, which includes five REALTORS and three administrative support members. Brian was the 2011 Nashville REALTOR® of the Year. In 2014, he was named one of Inman News’ 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in America.

As an R&D Engineer for NAR’s Center for REALTOR® Technology & CRT Labs, Dave Conroy investigates emerging technologies, educates NAR members & the public through presentations, webinars, blogs and podcasts, and develops products for use by members.  He’s presented to REALTORS® on the national, state and local levels.

Jessica Lautz is the Managing Director of Survey Research and Communications. Jessica started at NAR in 2007. The core of her research focuses on demographic trends for both NAR members and housing consumers, and issues such as: how housing preferences shift in an ever changing market place, the consistent trends of consumers for the desire to own a home, consumers search to find a real estate agent, and generational trends.

Ron France has been a pioneer in Real Estate Internet Solutions beginning with his company HomeTours.com, founded in 1995. Ron joined Realselect/Homestore in 1997 where he was part of the initial team working with MLSs, licensing REALTOR data content for the REALTOR.com website. He later became a Director of Sales and Major Account Manager for Move Inc. Following REALTOR.com; Ron joined Fidelity National Financial as Industry Relations Director for Cyberhomes.com. Ron is currently Vice President of Industry Relations for Realtors Property Resource.

Doug Sosnik has advised U.S. presidents, senators, governors, Fortune 100 corporations, foundations and universities for 35 years.

Mr. Sosnik served as a senior advisor to President Clinton for six years, playing a key role in policy, strategy, political and communications decisions in the White House.  During this time Mr. Sosnik's titles included Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategy, White House Political Director and Deputy Legislative Director.
