Mark Lesswing is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, and started programming robots just out of college. In 1988, he began working with object-oriented programming, and in 1992 he launched a consultancy. He has worked for large database vendors such as Sybase (as a startup) and Oracle, and spent a summer in Europe setting up operations for a vendor.

Troy has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 18 years--17 of which he’s spent at Quicken Loans - as a loan officer, sales director and now a market manager.  During this time, Troy has connected with brokers, real estate agents and clients, which allowed him to create long-standing connections and build valuable experience.  Troy successfully managed these partners and has done an extraordinary job of connecting clients with the right real estate professional, which results in a relationship that is successful, worthwhile and everlasting.

Kiki Wanshura has been in the real estate industry since 1997 when she obtained her Residential Real Estate License in Minnesota. She immediately fell in love with the industry and the ability to help people buy and sell, potentially, the largest investment they will make in their lifetime.

She started teaching real estate classes at the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and quickly learned that she also enjoyed helping other Realtors navigate the overwhelming tasks of managing and growing their businesses.

Imran is the Vice President of national real estate franchise NextHome, as well as the Vice President of Realty World Northern CA and NV. 

Miguel Villegas is a Business Development Business Consultant at Quicken Loans. Within his role, he leads the company’s end-to-end purchase market strategy and real estate agent experience. He has a decade of experience in process improvement and business modeling, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Miguel is originally from Mexico City and currently resides in the Metro Detroit area. He is a tennis enthusiast and won the 2015 USTA Regional Tennis Championship.  

 

Nicole Nicolay, @nik_nik, is the founder of 2 real estate marketing companies, and traveled for nearly a decade training and speaking to over 200,000 agents nationwide. She created educational programs for the National Association of REALTORS® as well as for all the major real estate brands including RE/MAX, C21, BHGRE, Coldwell Banker, Windermere, Prudential, etc. Nicole also worked with Inman News to launch the popular conference series, Agent Reboot, for which she served as conference chair and emcee.
