As an R&D Engineer for NAR’s Center for REALTOR® Technology & CRT Labs, Dave Conroy investigates emerging technologies, educates NAR members & the public through presentations, webinars, blogs and podcasts, and develops products for use by members.  He’s presented to REALTORS® on the national, state and local levels.

Jessica Lautz is the Managing Director of Survey Research and Communications. Jessica started at NAR in 2007. The core of her research focuses on demographic trends for both NAR members and housing consumers, and issues such as: how housing preferences shift in an ever changing market place, the consistent trends of consumers for the desire to own a home, consumers search to find a real estate agent, and generational trends.

Ron France has been a pioneer in Real Estate Internet Solutions beginning with his company, founded in 1995. Ron joined Realselect/Homestore in 1997 where he was part of the initial team working with MLSs, licensing REALTOR data content for the website. He later became a Director of Sales and Major Account Manager for Move Inc. Following; Ron joined Fidelity National Financial as Industry Relations Director for Ron is currently Vice President of Industry Relations for Realtors Property Resource.

Doug Sosnik has advised U.S. presidents, senators, governors, Fortune 100 corporations, foundations and universities for 35 years.

Mr. Sosnik served as a senior advisor to President Clinton for six years, playing a key role in policy, strategy, political and communications decisions in the White House.  During this time Mr. Sosnik's titles included Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategy, White House Political Director and Deputy Legislative Director.

Sherri Meadows, a REALTOR® from Ocala, Fla., is the 2017 Region 5 Vice President of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. NAR, The Voice for Real Estate®, is America’s largest trade association, representing 1 million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

Gareth Genner is Board Chair as well as an executive cofounder and is responsible for IP, stack development, corporate & legal relationship management. His first exposure to the intersection of real estate and technology took place in 1979 when, as a law student, he had a part-time job in London with a startup using Apple II computers to offer a matching service between buyers and sellers which resulted in voluminous dot matrix printouts mailed out nightly.

Andrew Gowasack is the CEO of Trust Stamp. Andrew co-founded Trust Stamp following several years working in financial services sales and marketing. Andrew has a B.A. in Finance together with a B.A. in Economics. Andrew’s “on the job MBA” has included participation in incubator programs through Founder’s Space, Venture Out FinTech (New York), QC FinTech, NAR Reach, and Stanford University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate Program.
