Sean Carpenter is the Agent Development Director for the Ohio NRT companies. Originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1998, Sean led a successful career in real estate prior to assuming his current role, overseeing all training and education programs for associates and managers of Coldwell Banker King Thompson in Central Ohio and Coldwell Banker West Shell in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Jason Walters, ranked in the top 10% for Keller Williams International under 40 years old, was the #2 Listing Agent for KW West Ventura County 2015 and #3 in GCI for KW West Ventura County 2015.  He contributes to the 35,000 member Lab Coat Agents Facebook group as an admin.  A BOLD graduate and full-time real estate agent since 2004, Jason began his career majoring in Computer Graphics and Web Design.

Mark Lesswing is the senior vice president and chief technology officer for the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, and started programming robots just out of college. In 1988, he began working with object-oriented programming, and in 1992 he launched a consultancy. He has worked for large database vendors such as Sybase (as a startup) and Oracle, and spent a summer in Europe setting up operations for a vendor.

Troy has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 18 years--17 of which he’s spent at Quicken Loans - as a loan officer, sales director and now a market manager.  During this time, Troy has connected with brokers, real estate agents and clients, which allowed him to create long-standing connections and build valuable experience.  Troy successfully managed these partners and has done an extraordinary job of connecting clients with the right real estate professional, which results in a relationship that is successful, worthwhile and everlasting.

Kiki Wanshura has been in the real estate industry since 1997 when she obtained her Residential Real Estate License in Minnesota. She immediately fell in love with the industry and the ability to help people buy and sell, potentially, the largest investment they will make in their lifetime.

She started teaching real estate classes at the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and quickly learned that she also enjoyed helping other Realtors navigate the overwhelming tasks of managing and growing their businesses.
