Jorge L. Guerra Jr. has seen the South Florida real estate landscape change from a stable market with a strong work ethic in the late 90s to a real estate boom where buyers were easily financed to an economic downturn fueled by inflated property values.

Born in the boom and raised in the crash, RESF  began to rewrite how South Florida real estate is bought, sold and leased. By leveraging technology, Guerra aggressively markets properties on a world-wide platform with next-generation tools, such as, social media, virtual walk-throughs and online applications.

I've spent the majority of the last decade immersed in the real estate industry: working as a sellers' and buyers' agent, blogging about Loudoun County and the industry at large, teaching/speaking/training both locally and nationally. For 2 years, I worked to help NAR hone their social and digital strategy, coordinating messaging for the largest trade association in the country. However, I was called back to my brokerage roots by a desire to work more closely with agents and brokers to help them achieve success.
