Jorge Guerra, Jr.

Jorge L. Guerra Jr. has seen the South Florida real estate landscape change from a stable market with a strong work ethic in the late 90s to a real estate boom where buyers were easily financed to an economic downturn fueled by inflated property values.

Born in the boom and raised in the crash, RESF  began to rewrite how South Florida real estate is bought, sold and leased. By leveraging technology, Guerra aggressively markets properties on a world-wide platform with next-generation tools, such as, social media, virtual walk-throughs and online applications.

A third generation entrepreneur, Guerra opened Real Estate Sales Force or RESF in 2005. The real estate firm has grown to over 300 agents and currently has four offices in Coral Gables, Miami Lakes, Hialeah & Boca Raton.

Guerra is known as a forward-thinking real estate expert. He was profiled in Realtor Magazine as a technology specialist and RESF was featured as a "Company to watch". Guerra discussed property tax reform alongside Senator Marco Rubio on Univision, was featured in Forbes for his out-of-the-box approach to real estate and WSVN Channel 7 as an MLS expert.

Jorge L. Guerra Jr. was given the platinum “Broker of the Year” award several years in a row by the Builders Association of South Florida and was a “Best Broker of Year” finalist in the South Florida Business Journal’s Up & Comers issue.  RESF was named “Real Estate Company of the Year” by the Latin Builders Association. In 2013 RESF, won SFBJ Social Madness Competition for all of Florida.

For the last couple years, Guerra has been a Governor for the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest local Realtor Association in the U.S. Simultaneously also holds a seat on the YPN Board and is their 2016 President-Elect. Guerra resides in Coral Gables with his wife and two sons.
