Karen Bebart

Karen Bebart has been with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® since 1999 and is Vice President, Marketing, Digital Marketing and Marketing Research, and Chief Marketing Officer for REALTOR® University graduate school of real estate.

As Vice President, the Marketing team is responsible to plan, promote and communicate NAR’s value proposition, association-wide initiatives-like the .REALTOR top level domain, branding and oversees NAR outreach at industry trade shows across the country, including the large NAR Booth at NAR’s own events. She is also responsible for the quantitative and qualitative research conducted on behalf of multiple NAR divisions to measure member awareness and opinions, and her team guides SEO and analytics assessment across NAR’s web properties. As Chief Marketing Officer for REALTOR® University, Karen oversees marketing plans to spread awareness and attract students to the accredited master’s degree program.

Prior to NAR, Karen was an Account Executive at a Marsh & McLennan Co., managing national association clients and marketing insurance programs to their members, and was also a licensed insurance producer. She is a graduate of Valparaiso University with a degree in Communications and Advertising, and is also a certified focus group moderator. She lives in a 125-year-old house in Chicago with her husband, an architect and their son.
