Ken Burlington

 

Ken Burlington serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the REALTORS® Information Network (RIN)  a for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.  As COO, he oversees NAR’s Top Level Domain initiatives including the dot REALTOR and dot real estate projects.  He also is responsible for NAR’s relationship and agreements with Move, Inc., ensuring that the day-to-day operation of REALTOR.com best serves NAR’s interests and its members.  

Ken is also vice president for the National Association of Realtors, responsible for NAR’s Product Management Group and the REALTOR Benefits® Program.  The REALTOR Benefits® alliance program handles evaluation, selection, and negotiation with Fortune 500 and other companies who provide value to NAR members through national alliances, products, and services.  The REALTOR Benefits® Program has provided millions of member experiences, and generates significant non-dues revenue for the association.  The NAR Product Management group is responsible for the Member Value Plus (MVP) program and offers over 300 products to members designed to make them more productive and better prepared to serve their clients. 

Ken’s entire professional career has focused on technology-based service to REALTORS® and the real estate industry in both the for-profit sector and with the National Association.  He began his career in Indianapolis, Indiana instructing REALTORS® on the use of one of the first computerized MLS systems.  Prior to joining NAR in 2000, he held a variety of positions with PRC Realty Systems and Interealty Corporation, most recently as the Director of MLS Operations for the Midwest and Eastern Regions.

Ken graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a B.A. degree in Communications and Marketing.  He resides in Chicago, Illinois.
