Lee Adkins

Lee has worked with teams and brokerages across the country on their strategy and operations. He is passionate about helping leaders and companies execute strategies that help them grow and implement systems.

A native of the Houston, TX area, Lee studied at Texas Tech University in Lubbock before moving to Atlanta to tour with Phoenix Records recording artists Soup, from 1996-2001. Following his life on the road, Adkins founded a music education company New Music Studios and was quickly tapped as the National Program Director for Camp Jam, where he served as national program director. He led a small team that opened 10 camp locations across the country and also ran an adult rock and roll fantasy camp and corporate team-building arm of the company.

Lee began his career in residential real estate in 2006 and, after 6 successful years of buying and selling, Lee was recruited into the role of Team Manager for the Atlanta SOLD Sisters. That role grew into consulting with other real estate teams and businesses on their structure, culture and strategy.

He is proud to serve as the 2016 chair of the YPN network at the Atlanta Board of REALTORS and on the Board of Directors and Board of Governors at ABR.
